We at Miner’s Gems want you to be completely satisfied with your order and love your new purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item or items for a refund, an exchange or a merchandise credit or an upgrade within 30 days from the date of shipment.
We will gladly accept items that are unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches and blemishes. All qualifying refunds (less original shipping charges, if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-15 business days after your credit is issued for it to post to your account.
Custom orders are considered Final and cannot be returned for a refund.
If a returned piece is worn, scratched, altered in any way such as sizing for the customer, or a gemstone set for the customer there will be a 35% restocking fee.
Please do not send the items without a prior approval from our office. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization number, please contact Customer Service at Info@MinerGems.com or call 1-888-246-4436 to speak with someone.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as possible. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation, and other applicable fees.
